Delivery Policy
We offer delivery to select areas throughout Broward County. Please check our delivery areas to confirm that your location is within our service area.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Tamarac, North Lauderdale, Lauderhill, Sunrise, Davie, Pompano Beach and other areas.
Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 2:00 PM. We may also accept same-day delivery orders until 4:30 PM, depending on availability.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location and will be confirmed when your order is placed.
No One Home: If the recipient is not home, we will make every effort to leave the arrangement at the door in a safe, shaded location whenever possible.
Gated Communities: If our driver is unable to access a gated community, the delivery will be marked as attempted and the arrangement will be returned to the shop. A redelivery fee may apply, or the recipient may arrange to pick up the order from the shop.
Redelivery: A redelivery fee may apply when a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, lack of access, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, recipient name, and contact information, as well as any necessary access instructions.
