12 July 2026I can guarantee you when I send flowers to South Florida from New Jersey I'm going to call your store you folks are unbelievably organized extremely polite very knowledgeable very patient and very professional. I caused a of unrest with you and you handled it with Grace and professionalism and kept me whole. I made arrangements for roses to be sent to my sister in Coconut Creek and unbeknownst to me she had left for Chicago and your delivery went out to her and of course there was no one at her home. You graciously acknowledged my error and rescheduled a different Dozen Roses to be delivered a week or so later upon her return. You did so successfully. she was extremely happy to receive the flowers and you did not charge me any extra fees for what constitutes a literal double delivery. People like you are very few and very very far between it was a pleasure to deal with you and I'll always remember you.
